01Agreement & eligibility
These are proposed terms, not an active subscription agreement. The legal contracting entity, registered address and effective date remain to be confirmed. A person creating a business workspace must be authorised to act for that business. Final terms and any order form must be presented for acceptance before paid service begins.
02Accounts & access
The proposed service requires accurate account information and role-appropriate access. Businesses should designate authorised administrators, protect sign-in credentials and promptly remove access for departing staff. Suspected unauthorised access should be reported through the Contact page. Account recovery and administrator-transfer procedures must be documented before launch.
03Service scope
Adwuma is intended to support workforce administration, including attendance, teams, leave, field visits, reports and payroll preparation. Availability depends on the approved release and selected plan. Payroll preparation is not a guarantee of tax, labour or statutory compliance; employers remain responsible for reviewing calculations and records. Store-based mobile apps are coming soon, with no confirmed release date.
04Acceptable use
Proposed restrictions prohibit unlawful workplace monitoring, unauthorised access to another business’s records, malicious uploads, interference with the service and use that infringes another person’s rights. Customers must ensure their workforce data is lawfully obtained and that staff receive appropriate notices. Final enforcement and appeal procedures require approval.
05Plans, billing & trials
The plans and trial duration shown on the Pricing page are proposals pending approval. An approved checkout or order form must specify the price, currency, employee and branch limits, taxes, billing cycle, renewal rules and any trial conversion. This draft does not establish automatic renewal, authorise payment collection or promise a payment method.
06Cancellation, refunds & exports
Cancellation timing, refunds, grace periods, data export access and post-cancellation deletion are not yet approved. These must be clearly disclosed before a subscription is purchased and coordinated with retention duties. No refund entitlement, non-refundable fee or guaranteed export window is invented in this draft.
07Customer data & privacy
The proposed arrangement is that customers retain rights in their business records and authorise only the processing needed to deliver the agreed service. The Privacy Policy and an approved data-processing agreement must define responsibilities, provider access, security, retention and assistance with individual rights. Customers remain responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of the records they supply.
08Intellectual property
The proposed subscription provides access to the service rather than ownership of Adwuma’s software or brand assets. Customer content remains separate from platform intellectual property. Any licence scope, permitted integrations and restrictions must be finalised in the approved agreement and must respect applicable law.
09Availability & suspension
No uptime percentage, support response time or service-level guarantee is offered by this draft. Maintenance and disruption procedures must be disclosed before launch. Any right to suspend access for security risks, misuse or payment issues must include appropriate notice and safeguards where feasible, without overriding statutory rights.
10Liability & disputes
Warranty provisions, liability limits, dispute resolution and governing-law clauses require Ghana-qualified legal review and commercial approval. No monetary liability cap or exclusive court venue is established here. The final agreement must not exclude rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11Updates & contacting us
The effective agreement should explain how material changes are communicated, when they take effect and what options customers have if they do not accept them. Until the legal operator and support contacts are confirmed, use the website Contact page for questions about these proposed terms.
